1. grease and line tin. 2. put sultanas, sugar, water and butter in a saucepan and bring to boil. 3. simmer uncovered for 5 minutes. 4. stir in lemon rind and vanilla. 5. mix in flour and baking soda. 6. mix well and bake 40 minutes 170-180 degrees. 7. leave until next day. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
