1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Steam or boil broccoli, beans and peas together until tender, drain and set aside. 3. cook1/2 cup onions in 2 tbsp of butter till tender. 4. Add cornstarch, salt, pepper and sour cream; mix well. 5. Stir in green vegetables. 6. Put in a greased 2 qt casserole dish. 7. Mixture can be refrigerated overnight at this point and finished before cooking. 8. Top with grated cheese. 9. Combine remaining 2 tbsp of butter and cracker crumbs; sprinkle over cheese. 10.
