1. In a bowl, mix together; minced meat, eggs, chopped onion and coriander, mustard and tomato ketchup, ginger and garlic paste, black pepper and salt. 2. Cover the mixture with a cling film and refrigerate for 45 minutes to 1 hour. 3. Take out the mixture and make patties of the mixture. 4. Heat some Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a nonstick pan. 5. Fry the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side on medium heat. 6. In another pan, sauté the sliced onion in barbeque sauce and set aside. 7. Heat both sides of each burger bun on a tava griddle. 8. Spread mayonnaise on the inside of the burger buns, place the beef patty, and top it with cheese slice, mustard, and sautéed onions and make a sandwich. 9. Pat the burger on the tava griddle again for an extra crispy burger bun from the outside. 10.
