1. In a glass teapot, briki, or pot, boil the almond milk, black teabag, cardamom pods, cloves, and cinnamon bark/stick until bubbles begin to form.

2. Immediately remove from the stovetop or it will boil over.

3. Pour the spiced chai into a teacup and add a large teaspoon of honey, or to taste.
