1. In a mixer add the whipping cream and 1/2 cup sugar. set this aside. 2. In second bowl whip cream cheese,ricotta,remaining 1/2 cup sugar and mudslide.taste and add more liquor if you would like. Add the whip cream mixture to the cream cheese mixture. blend together,set aside. 3. in a low bowl mix together espresso,water and baileys. 4. Step 1-start to assemble. Dip lady fingers one at a time into coffee mixture until coated,lined the bottom of your baking dish or glasses with one row of lady fingers. 5. step 2-pour half of cream cheese mixture over lady fingers. 6.
