1. Saute garlic and onion in oil. 2. Add pork and cook until brown. 3. Add the shrimps until orange. 4. Add the bean sprouts. Mix well. 5. Add the tofu and the shrimp juice. Boil for 5 minutes Adjust the taste to your liking with the fish sauce. 6. Toss in the cilantro and simmer for 1 minute. 7.
