1. Heat the oil in a large skillet. Saute the garlic and onions for 2 minute 2. Add the bell pepper. Cook until the onions are soft. 3. Add spices, corn and tofu. 4. Mix in tomato paste, soy sauce and salt & pepper to taste. 5. Fill each tortilla with 3/4 cup of filling and roll up. 6. Place in oiled dish, cover with foil, and bake 20 minute at 350 degrees. 7.
