1. Fry onions in vegetable oil.add green chilies and ginger. 2. Add the tomatillos and keep frying. 3. Add cumin, paprika, turmeric. 4. Add broken wheat.Add cilantro and then add water. 5. Cover with lid for abt 20 minutes. 6.
