1. In a medium sized bowl, combine chopped & seeded fresh tomatoe's with finely chopped red onion. Set aside. 2. Combine the arugual, basil, garlic and lemon juice in a food processor. Season with red pepper flakes, salt & pepper. Stream in olive oil while running processor to form a pesto-like sauce. 3. Toss sauce with tomato & onion mixture. 4.
