Tomato Cream And Mushroom Pasta


1. Boil water for pasta.

2. Finely mince the shallot and garlic cloves and add to hot saucepan with olive oil and saute. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

3. Add mushrooms and saute. Then pour in chicken broth and reduce.

4. Add pasta to boiling water and season with salt. Boil until al dente.

5. After mushrooms are fully cooked, add in cream, tomato sauce and paste, and combine.

6. Simmer for about 5 minutes season with cayenne pepper, and add chicken and basil if your using it.

7. Drain pasta and mix into sauce, serve.
