Tomato Pickle


1. Put oil in a pan.

2. Add hing, mustard seeds, methi seeds& red chillies.

3. Let this crackle.

4. Add tomato paste and mix.

5. Cook for 2 minutes.

6. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.

7. Cook til oil leaves the pickle.

8. Spoon into a jar and serve when desired.
