1. Cut steak into serving sized pieces. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. 2. Place steaks in slow cooker and cover with onions. Place carrots over beef and onions. 3. Combine soup, tomato sauce and sugar. Pour over carrots. 4. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours. Remove from slow cooker and allow to cool. 5. Place in freezer bag. Label and freeze. 6. To serve: thaw.
