Tomato-Avocado Salsa


1. Drain chopped tomatillos in colander over large bowl for 1 hour. Discard liquid collected in bowl. Place tomatillos in large bowl, add avocados, onion, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, and chiles. Stir gently to combine. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for one hour to blend flavors.

2. Serve with tortilla chips.
