1. Slice tomatoes into thick, even slices; set aside. 2. Combine remaining ingredients in small jar; shake well. 3. Layer tomatoes in shallow dish, covering each layer with dressing. 4. Cover lightly. 5. Let stand at room temperature at least 20 minute. 6.
