1. Heat oil in a pan. 2. Toss in the onions. 3. Saute for 1 minute. 4. Add tomatoes and cook on medium flame for 5 minutes or till they are softened and can be mashed. 5. Add salt, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, beaten eggs and mix well. 6. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. 7. Garnish with corriander leaves and serve hot. 8.
