1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Boil the tortellini al dente, approximately 10 minute. 3. Drain, return to pan and toss to dry, stir in the leftover caponata and warm, stirring to combine; stir in red pepper flakes. 4. Pour the ingredients into a small dish that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, sprinkle the grated cheese over all and bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and mixture is heated through. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
