1. Cook tortellini in boiling water with a bit of salt. 2. Drain and cool, do not rinse. 3. Whisk together herbs and dressing. 4. Chop all your vegetables. 5. Combine all in a large bowl. 6. Can be served room temp or chilled. 7.
