Tracey'S Bread Pudding


1. Soak bread in cold water for 1 hour. Drain and squeeze dry.

2. Beat bread with fork and add brown sugar. Add raisins and cinnamon, eggs, and butter.

3. Place in a greased pan.

4. Bake at 325 for approximately 2 hours. Sprinkle with sugar.

5. Cool.
