Traditional Northern Irish Pasty


1. Mix all of the above Irish Pasty ingredients and add:

2. 2 Tbls. chopped parsley.

3. 1 medium size onion [Diced and sauteed].

4. Form the pasty into approx 3-inch diameter patties.

5. Dip into your favourite fish batter and cover all over.

6. Deep fry in 375F oil and remove when a golden.

7. brown.

8. Serve with chips (French Fries) cooked in same.
