1. Lightly toast the oatmeal under the grill (broiler), turning frequently. Allow to cool down. Meantime whip the cream until is firm, stir in the icing sugar, toasted cool oatmeal and whiskey. Keep whipping and carefully add half of the raspberries. 2. Place the cream in individual serving dishes and decorate with the remaining raspberries.
