1. Preheat oven to 375°F. 2. In a pot, sauté the onion and the garlic in the oil, over medium-high heat. 3. Add the cream of tomato soup, not diluted, and the chili sauce. 4. Simmer for 5 minutes, then add the ground soy. 5. Add the macaroni. Mix well. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 6. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 20 minutes, with a lid on, so that the vegan cheese can melt.
