1. In a large skillet, combine all the ingredients except the potatoes and cheese over high heat; mix well. 2. Cook for 5 to 8 minutes, or until heated through, stirring frequently. 3. Remove from the heat and and put into a deep cassarole dish. 4. Dollop with the potatoes. 5. Bake at 375 for 35 minutes. 6. Cover with grated cheese last 10 minutes of cooking. 7.
