1. Roast the sirloin for one hour at 350 degrees. 2. Baste with whiskey and wine and cook another hour, basting frequently. 3. Remove roast from oven, place on a serving dish, and cover with foil. 4. While the roast is sitting, add water to the juices to make one pint of liquid. 5. Bring to a simmer and add butter and flour; simmer 2-3 minutes. 6.
