1. Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. 2. Blend in flour. Cook for one or two minutes. 3. Add broth and water gradually. 4. Cook and stir until thickened, about 5 to 10 minutes. 5. Add mushroom soup, stirring constantly, until fully blended. 6.
