1. Cook pasta, drain and set aside in big bowl. 2. Heat 3 tablespoons of the oil in skillet over medium low. 3. Add garlic and cook 2 minutes. 4. Add capers and olives and cook 3 minutes. 5. Stir in parsley and cook 1 minute. 6. Remove from heat. 7. Add lemon juice, pepper and rest of oil. 8.
