1. Saute onion and carrot in oil until just brown. 2. Add tomatoes, parsely, and basil. 3. Cook on low flame until vegetables are soft (30 minutes). 4. Add tuna and simmer for 15 minutes. 5. Cook pasta as directed on package. 6. Drain, and add pasta to skillet, and coat with sauce. 7.
