1. Cook pasta in large pot of boiling salted water until al dente, from 10-12 minutes . 2. Melt butter in a large saucepan set over medium high heat. 3. Add mushrooms, stir frequently until mushrooms are brown-tinged, 5-9 minutes. 4. Add turkey and sprinkle with poultry seasoning, salt and pepper. 5. Add turkey sauce and boil stirring often. 6. Stir in sour cream and simmer over low heat, 1-2 minutes. 7. Add cooked pasta to turkey mixture in pan. 8.
