Turkey Gyro


1. In a small bowl combine the first 5 ingredients.

2. Refrigerate.

3. In separate bowl, combine seasonings.

4. Add turkey and knead until well mixed.

5. Shape into 1 inch thick, 3 inch long pieces.

6. Heat olive oil in skillet over medium high heat.

7. Place turkey slices into skillet.

8. Cook until the center is no longer pink (8-10 minutes).

9. Add lettuce, tomato and onion as desired.

10. Serve with tzatziki sauce.
