1. In a medium bowl, mix lettuce, carrot, cilantro, cumin, salsa, mayonnaise and turkey. 2. Stack tortillas and wrap in damp paper towels. Microwave on high for 45 seconds or until warm and pliable. 3. Put about ¾ cup turkey salad on each tortilla. Put 2 avocado slices on each and roll up.
