1. Beat eggs. 2. Stir in potatoes, turkey, onions, flour and salt. 3. Mix well. 4. Heat about 1/4 inch of oil in a large skillet. 5. Measure mixture by 1/3 cupfuls and put in hot oil. 6. Flatten a bit (carefully!). 7.
