1. In a medium saucepan, heat water and butter over high heat until water boils. 2. Stir in rice, turmeric, salt, and cinnamon. Reduce heat to simmer, cover and cook 15-20 minutes, until rice is tender. 3. Remove from heat, add raisins, and fluff with fork. Cover and let rest 10 minutes before serving. 4.
