1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. 2. Season chicken with 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper. 3. Cook bacon in dutch oven until crisp; remove from pan; retain drippings in pan. 4. Cook chicken pieces in drippings, 2 minutes each side until lightly browned. Remove from pan and set aside. 5. Add onion and remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt to pan; cook 5 minutes until onions are softened. 6. Stir in bacon, spinach, rosemary, tomatoes, and beans; remove from heat. 7. Arrange chicken on top of spinach mixture; bake uncovered for 40 minutes. 8.
