1. Cook onion, and garlic in oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until onion is tender, about 3 minutes. 2. Meanwhile, cut chicken into 1 1/2 inch pieces. 3. Sprinkle chicken with coriander, salt, and pepper. 4. Add chicken to skillet and cook, stirring, for 1 minute. 5. Stir in beans, broth, tomatoes, and rosemary; cover and simmer until chicken is cooked throgh, about 9-10 minutes more. 6.
