1. Soak TVP in water for 5 minutes. 2. Saute onions, peppers, and garlic. 3. Add TVP, tomato paste, jalapeno, cumin and some ground pepper. 4. Simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. 5. It’s done when “meat” is thick. Serve like tacos. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
