1. De-scale and clean the prawns. 2. Grind the asafoetida, mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds in your grinder. 3. Marinate prawns with red chilli powder, tamarind juice, asafoetida-mustard-fenugreek seeds powder and keep aside for 20 minutes. 4. Pour a cup of oil in a frying pan. 5. Fry the onions and garlic in it till soft. 6. Add the marinated prawns and chopped corriander leaves. 7. Add salt to taste. 8. Cook for 5-10 minutes on low flame. 9.
