Veal Roast

Veal Roast


1. I used a roaster for this.

2. Preheat roaster to 325.

3. Place butter in roaster and place onions, potatoes, celery, mushrooms and bacon - distribute evenly, place veal on top of veggies and bacon.

4. After cooking for about 20 - 25 minutes pour chicken broth over the veal and veggies.

5. Turn Veal a few times over the course of cooking.
