1. Chop vegetables (lemongrass, red onion, red chilli, lime, green beans, green tomatoes, cucumbers). 2. Cut beef into very thin slices. 3. Add lime to beef. 4. Add salt, sugar, stock & fish sauce. 5. Mix, add to pan & cook for a minute. 6.
