Veasna'S Cambodian Lime And Beef Salad


1. Chop vegetables (lemongrass, red onion, red chilli, lime, green beans, green tomatoes, cucumbers).

2. Cut beef into very thin slices.

3. Add lime to beef.

4. Add salt, sugar, stock & fish sauce.

5. Mix, add to pan & cook for a minute.

6. Pour the beef over cut vegetables & stir well.
