1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and have a bowl of ice water ready. Add the broccoli and cook for 5-10 minutes until fork-tender. 2. Drain the broccoli and add to the ice water. While that is cooling, pour the olive oil into a bowl. Slowly drizzle the lemon juice in while whisking. 3. Drain the broccoli again and put in a serving bowl.
