1. Preheat oven to 375.

2. Spread warmed peanut sauce on flatbread or pre-baked crust.

3. Layer remaining vegetables on peanut sauce covered crust.

4. Top with green onions, salt & pepper.

5. Bake for 12-14 minutes until crust starts to crisp up and brown.
