1. Put potatoes in a saucepan and just cover with water. 2. Boil covered until nearly tender, around 10-15 minutes. 3. Add carrots, cook another 5 minutes. 4. Add snow peas and beans. 5. Cook 3 minutes longer or until veggies are tender. 6. Drain. 7. Dissolve flour in milk, stir into vegetables until thickened. 8.
