Vegetarian Baked Ziti


1. preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Cook ziti until halfway done.

3. in oil sautee the onion and pepper and carrot until tender.

4. Drain ziti and return to saucepan, adding veggies.

5. stir in sauce, ricotta cheese and 1/2 of the mozzerella and parmsean.

6. spoon unto a 2 quart baking dish op with remaining cheese.

7. Bake 30 minutes or until heated through.
