Vegetarian Hawaiian Fried Rice With " Ham"


1. Get out a large skillet or wok.

2. On high heat, stir fry the celery, carrots, mushrooms and onion in oil, about 3 minutes or until tender.

3. Add in the vegetarian "ham"; stir fry for 1 minute.

4. Add in soy sauce, seasoning and green onions.

5. Continue stir frying until hot--approximately 4 minutes.

6. You may serve with other side dishes such as the Teriyaki veggies I will post.

7. Or eat alone, it is really good!

8. Enjoy!
