Vegetarian Zirva


1. Cook tofu with fruit and onions.

2. Add almonds, figs, and saffron.

3. Add salt and pepper.

4. Remove tofu and fruit, whisk flour into the pan. Simmer to thicken.

5. Stir in honey.

6. Add tofu and fruit, cook for 10 more minutes.

7. Garnish with poppyseeds.
