1. Preheat oven to 180°C. 2. Line a baking tray with baking paper. 3. Cut tops from rolls. Scoop out centres, leaving a shell. 4. Combine veggies and mayonnaise and spoon into rolls and shape a hollow. 5. Carefully break an egg into each roll. 6. Season with black pepper and sprinkle with chives, then cheese. 7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the eggs are set. 8. Sprinkle with extra chives and serve. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
