1. Cut the Onion into small pieces. 2. Dissolve the tamarind in the cup of water. 3. Heat the oil in a skillet and put the chilli powder and the onion in the oil while hot. 4. Pour the Tamarind water into the oil and stir thoroughly. 5. Boil it for 10-13 minutes. 6. Serve with boiled rice and clarified butter. 7.
