1. Heat oil in a large (12") skillet. 2. Saute shallots, garlic and chile paste. 3. Add the soy sauce and sugar and stir. 4. Add tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes. 5. Add the cauliflower, yellow onions, chicken stock and lemon juice. 6. Reduce heat to low and simmer until veggies are cooked, about 10-15 minutes. 7. Add the green onions. 8. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with cilantro. 9. Serve with french bread or rice. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
