Vietnamese Roasted Chicken


1. Use a 4-quart slow cooker.

2. Put the chicken into the stoneware.

3. Combine the sauce ingredients in a small bowl, and pour over the top.

4. Cover and cook on LOW for about 6 hours, or on HIGH for 3-4 hours.

5. Serve over hot cooked rice.
