1. Grind coriander pods, cardamom pods, cumin, cayenne peppers, chili powder, paprika, jalapenos add the dry ingredients to a heated pan, along with garam masala and yellow curry powder, cook in oil briefly to make roux. 2. Add fish sauce, chili pods, water, vinegar and simmer to reduce into a sauce. 3. Slice chicken into 2" pieces, add chicken to spice mixture and add tomato sauce, splenda. 4.
