Violas


1. Blend all ingredients well.

2. Grease griddle and preheat to 400 degrees.

3. Pour some of batter onto griddle into thin 2-3 inch strips and lightly brown on both sides.

4. Butter violas while they are hot so the butter melts and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Use a fork to roll them and top with fruit topping (if desired).
