1. Soak dried wakame in a bowl of water for more than 3 minutes. Drain well. 2. Mix vinegar, olive oil, soy sauce and sugar to make sauce. 3. Slice onion finely and place in the sauce. 4. Add wakame and mix well. Can serve immediately or allow to meld for up to two days in refrigerator. 5.
